These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and purchase of digital products from Little Roots Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or purchasing our ebook you agree to these terms.
1. The seller
You are contracting with Little Roots Co., the individual seller of the Parents Ending Power Struggles ebook and related materials.
2. Acceptance
By continued use of the site, subscribing to our emails, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. The product
We sell a digital ebook (“Pause Method”) and related email content for parents. Delivery is electronic; you receive a download link and the file in your email.
4. Account & accuracy
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping any credentials confidential.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam.
- Infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property.
- Interfere with security, probe systems, scrape, or distribute malware.
- Resell, redistribute, republish, or share access to the ebook or any portion of it.
6. Intellectual property
All content — including the ebook, emails, copy, branding, and underlying software — is owned by Little Roots Co. and protected by applicable IP laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the ebook for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. Payment, billing & refunds (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and chargebacks are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Service level
We work hard to keep the site and delivery running, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
9. Warranties & liability
The ebook is educational content and is not a substitute for professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where such exclusion is not permitted by law (including fraud, death, or personal injury).
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seller’s place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
