Refund Policy

Little Roots Co. (trading as Parents Ending Power Struggles) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Pause Method ebook. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at hello@littlerootsco.org with your order number and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

After the 30-day window

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, contact us and we will review your request in good faith. Exceptional circumstances (technical issues, duplicate charges) are always honoured.
